My Time at WaterStreet, LTD.
During my senior year of college, I landed an internship at Water Street, LTD. Water Street is a collection of restaurants on a Water St block in downtown Corpus Christi. In total there are 5 restaurants: 1. Water Street Oyster Bar (Seafood)/Sushi Room, 2. Executive Surf Club (Classic American), 3. Central Kitchen (Bakery), 4. Elizabeth’s (Mediterranean), 5. El Camino (Tex-Mex).
Monthly Music Calendar Series—Executive Surf Club
At Executive Surf Club, the live music that plays at the outside patio of the bar is a big part of the culture. Local live musicians will play almost everyday of the month at the Executive Surf Club. These poster would be hung up around the block to let customers know who are the upcoming artists.
Third Thursday Dinner Series—Elizabeth’s
On the third Thursday of every month, Elizabeth’s has a 5 course chef’s dinner following a different theme for each month. These would be posted on Water Street’s social media and would be printed as physical menus.
